Before You Start
Make sure you have copies to upload for Application of:
1. Driver's License (Picture Identification Card or SSN Card)
2. Last Paystub
3. Last Years W2(s) or Income Tax Return
Once your application is submitted it will be reviewed for pre-approval to set up a showing for available homes and if there are no vacancies, your name will be added to a waitlist and you will be contacted as units come available by order of application dates.

Background Check Fee
Once your submitted application has been reviewed for pre-approval a background check will be required before final approval and move in. It's $20 Per applicant- click on the link below to pay after you have received confirmation of pre-approval of your application.
