Our quiet safe community is conveniently located off BB highway, between 59 & 49 highway in Goodman, Mo. 

How It Works 

1. Qualification

All applicants must:

 -have a household gross income minimum of $2100 monthly or more depending on unit.

-have a provable stable income and history of paying rent on time.

2. Application Process

-Units are on a first come first serve basis. If your application is not in or paperwork signed the unit will not be held.

-Full Application including all extra documents  & $20 processing fee must all be submitted to consider your application complete.

3. Sign Paperwork & Initial Payment

4. Move in and Welcome home

-Once matched with an available unit and application is approved, the property manager will review contracts, agreements, and rules and regulations of park. Once signed and initial payment made, move in arrangements can begin.

-After moving in, enjoy and respect the quiet community living offered at Sawmill Terrace Park. Should issues arise you can contact the property manager to assist in navigating solutions or concerns.
